This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Stellon Labs Inc. collects when you use KittenML, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It applies alongside our Terms of Use.

9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we may delete that information from our records. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a person under eighteen (18), Stellon will take commercially reasonable steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account, as applicable.
10. Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Policy will be periodically reviewed and evaluated in connection with new products, new services, new technologies, changes in law, and your needs. We may make changes or modifications to this Policy as a result thereof. We will post the updated Privacy Policy, along with the effective date, on our website and we may also provide you with notice of the updates by email. You are responsible for updating your account information to provide us with your most current email address as the email notice constitutes effective notice of said changes.
